A: See "
Ordering Information" for all of the information that I would require from you to process your order.
I accept Credit/Debit, Paypal, and USPS Money Orders. Please do not send payment without contacting me via
e-mail first.
The reason for this is that no payment is due at the time you place your order. If you are paying by Credit/ Debit or Paypal I'll send you an e-mail invoice with a secure link to process the payment when your
order is ready to ship.
All payments are currently processed through Paypal's secure processing center, but you DO NOT need a Paypal account to make a payment. This eliminates the need for me to handle your credit card
information as well as prevents any security risks or issues when dealing with Credit/ Debit cards.
When payment is received, which is usually instant, I'll get your order out the door.
When you
e-mail me prior to placing an order, I should be able to give you an
approximate ship date and schedule the order.
Q: What is the quickest way to contact you? A: The quickest way would be through
e-mail. I try to check and respond to e-mail several times a day.
Q: Why dont you have a phone number listed on your site? A: It's not that I don't want to talk to you! As a one man shop, I've found that it's nearly imposible to field phone calls and still maintain a decent work flow. Please don't mistake this as meaning customer contact is
not important to me- it absolutley is!
By handling most inquiries through e-mail, I can check it and respond throughout the day in a timely manner while not interupting the process of building your gear.
Of course, I realize that sometimes you may truly need to speak with a "live human". For those instances, I'll gladly provide you with my phone# or I can call you myself.
Q: Will gun "X" work in holster "Y"?
Q: How do I find my belt size? A: See sizing chart located in the
"Belts" tab.
Q: Do you recommend Cowhide or Horsehide?
A: In my experience, horsehide tends to be a little more rigid and firm, which allows for the use of a slightly thinner hide. In it's natural form, horsehide is a lot more water resistant than cowhide, but with a good acrylic sealer applied to it, treated cowhide is pretty much just as water resistant.
Premium cowhide will generally allow for a "prettier" finished product due to the tanning process. Horsehide sometimes (but not always) dyes a little more inconsistently which can result in some very interesting patterns in the finished holster.
In my opinion, both materials make a very good holster.
